Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

To secure your date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required: €100.

The date and time are not reserved until the deposit is received.

In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Payment & Taxes

The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon completion of the photoshoot.

Please note: All prices are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is not included in the price and will be added to the total where applicable.

3. Deliverables & Selection

Raw files (RAW) are not provided to the client.

I personally select the best shots based on my professional judgment and style.

Final photos are delivered via an online gallery. The gallery link remains active for 1 month from the date of delivery.

4. Post-Processing & Style

By booking a session, you agree to my signature editing style, which is an integral part of my creative work.

I provide natural retouching, which includes light and careful skin cleaning.

I do not perform body or facial alterations (liquify/warping).

5. Privacy

If you prefer that your photos remain private and not be used in my portfolio or social media, please inform me in advance.

6. Travel Expenses

For sessions outside the Amsterdam or in other locations, travel expenses and accommodation (if necessary) are covered by the client.

7. Locations & Studios

If the shoot takes place in a photo studio or a paid location, the client is responsible for the rental costs.

I will assist with location scouting, styling, outfit recommendations, and posing guidance to ensure the best possible results.

8. Preparation

I am always happy to help with concepts, styling details, and preparation to ensure we capture the authentic, emotional moments you will cherish.

9. Timing & Lighting

Except for weddings, photoshoots are primarily scheduled during sunrise or, more commonly, near sunset.

I work specifically with natural light; these hours provide the softest, most atmospheric quality that defines the aesthetic seen in my portfolio.
